A deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable within 5 days of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. In cases where the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is payable. Payments can be made by Bank transfer, details will be forwarded at time of booking.

A deposit of 150 euros to cover damages. This is payable in cash on arrival and is refunded at the end of letting.
